Members Title has invested time in developing and growing its reverse mortgage market. Experienced attorneys and title examiners assist with title curative matters. We also developed and accumulated a network of mobile notaries specialized in reverse mortgage closings to close these sometimes sensitive transactions. HELOC

A home equity line of credit, or HELOC, is a type of home equity loan that allows you to draw funds as you need them and repay the money at a variable interest rate. Because of this, HELOCs are generally best for people who need funds for ongoing home improvement projects or who need more time to pay down existing debt. HELOCs typically have lower interest rates than home equity loans and personal loans; to get the best rates, you'll have to have a high credit score, a low debt-to-income ratio and a lot of tappable equity in your home.

Cash out refinance

Cash-out refinancing replaces your current home loan with a bigger mortgage, allowing you to take advantage of the equity you’ve built up in your home and access the difference between the two mortgages (your current one and the new one) in cash. The cash can go toward virtually any purpose, such as home remodeling, consolidating high-interest debt or other financial goals.

We want to ensure a seamless transaction, so we have an in house attorney that specializes in matters related to property, including the buying and selling of homes, ownership, management, compliance, disputes and title issues. We do recommend if there is a dispute with the transaction both the seller and purchaser should consult with outside counsel familiar with Texas laws.

One of the benefits of having an in house attorney is that our attorney can prepare documents at a low cost to help get the deal done; from affidavits of heirship to deeds we can get title transferred from the Seller to the Buyer.
