Dawn Campos
Director
Dawn has been in the mortgage/housing industry for over 20 years. She has traveled through all facets of the industry from origination, processing, Escrow Officer, servicing default, RE Auction, REO and Title/Closing. The one constant in all her roles is Title and Closing. Working in all different arenas from small, independent shops to large servicers/national companies has allowed Dawn to have a unique perspective far beyond the transaction at hand. Dawn is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and takes pleasure in helping clients in their native language. Dawn strives to place customers and team first and works to provide a great closing experience to all through working with the team to improve process and skills. Her other focus’ are her family, her church, baking, traveling and reading.
Brandon Mattingly
Business Development Manager
Brandon has been in the real estate title industry, in various capacities, for nearly 20 years. He was initially the Vice President for Exams, Inc. from 2003-2010. After the President of Exams, Inc’s retirement, Brandon established and managed his own title search company, BMatt, LLC, from 2010-2012. In addition to the various oversight capacities that come with executive roles, Brandon also has an extensive background performing and examining real estate title searches (both commercial and residential subject properties). For the last 6 years Brandon has also been a college baseball coach. He was the Pitching Coach at both Asbury University, and Indiana University Southeast. He prides himself on being a servant leader, an effective communicator, and on his attention to detail in an industry that demands it.
Cameron Moody
Escrow Assistant
Cameron has worked in the title and mortgage industry for over 10 years on both the title and lending side. Graduating from the University of North Texas with a focus in business and real estate, stepping into the world of title was a natural fit. The joy of helping others to move into the next chapter of their lives is a big part of the allure of working in title. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, he’s a homegrown fan of the local professional sports teams with an emphasis on hockey and the Dallas Stars. In his free time, Cameron likes to spend time with his family, play hockey and hangout with friends.
Monica Smith
Escrow Officer/Attorney/Certified Escrow Settlement Professional
Monica has worked in law and real estate for over 20 years. After years of aiding attorneys as a paralegal whose practice areas included family law, litigation, real estate, bankruptcy and transactional law, she graduated from Texas A&M School of Law in 2016 with her Juris Doctorate and focused her law practice on real estate transactions, real estate closings and litigation. While in private practice, she became a licensed escrow officer and a fee attorney for Texas Lone Star Title. While working for Members Title, Monica has obtained her certification as a Certified Escrow Settlement Professional. Adapting to changing circumstances while still maintaining the ability to think critically has enabled Monica to achieve client goals timely while still providing clients with excellent service.
